ordering from Jocko’s Sprint Parts. Jocko’s has a long
history of fair and honest dealings with our customers
and suppliers and we try our best to keep all customers
satisfied. We pride ourselves on the personal service
we can offer to you, and we have several ways you may
order from us.

PAYMENT METHODS

You may use your VISA,
MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER credit cards when ordering
from us. All information remains strictly confidential
and secure.

We will also accept money
orders or certified checks when you order by mail.

Any UPS COD shipments
must be paid by a money order or cashier’s check.

SALES TAX:
Iowa residents are required
to pay 6% Sales Tax on all orders
BACKORDERS:
If we are out of an item you
need, you may request that we hold a backorder for that
item and it will be shipped to you when we receive our
next order. You will NOT be charged freight on any normally
stocked item that we have to backorder for you.
WARRANTIES:
The items we sell are designed
to be used in professional racing applications by professional
racing mechanics and drivers. Each race car is unique
and we do not imply or suggest that any item we sell is
suitable for your particular application. It is the responsibility
of the purchaser and installer to determine the suitability
of each individual product. Racing can be a dangerous
venture and we assume no responsibility for the proper
use, reliability, or longevity of any products we sell.
We do not warranty installed items. Any warranty issues
on installed items must be addressed with the manufacturer.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:
Please inspect all items upon
receipt to be sure there is no shipping damage. Any damage
claims must be filed with the delivering carrier.
RETURNS:
Any returns or exchanges may
be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The
merchandise must be in new condition with no installation
marks and in original packaging. Merchandise must be properly
packaged for return shipment and all return freight charges
are the customers’ responsibility. Due to the fragmented
market structure in this business, items can be returned
for store credit or exchange only. No credit will be
issued to any credit card account. Absolutely no returns
on special order or close-out items. You must call us
for a RGA (Return Good Authorization) number before you
return any item.
SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise requested,
all orders are shipped UPS ground service daily.

UPS BLUE LABEL – Delivered on the Second day in USA
UPS ORANGE – Delivered on the Third day in USA
Due to the various sizes, weights,
and dollar values of the many items we sell, we found
it very difficult to develop a chart for you to calculate
shipping charges on your order. We’ll try our best to
find the most economical method to ship your purchase.
Several Items we sell are considered oversize and may
carry additional shipping charges. If feel you need to
know the exact shipping cost of your order, please call
us. (We may call you if we think the shipping costs look
out of line). On a standard shipment we take actual UPS
charges plus $2 insurance & handling per package so you’ll
have no surprise freight charges. If you have a Commercial
(Business) address where you can easily receive your shipments
you may want to use it. UPS has significantly lower rates
when shipping to a business. There may be cases when
US Priority Mail or US Parcel Post is the best choice
for service and cost.
